Due to the current situation, there are significant impacts on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels. We will continue offering our services, delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions under current conditions.
Changes to our delivery procedure in relation to signing for and receiving items in the UK
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, our couriers will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. The drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item, then put 'XP1' in the signature field, and we will record the geolocation of the delivery. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.
If recipients are unable to come to the door or are self-isolating, we will post a customer contact card in the normal way, advising of other ways the recipient can arrange to get their item. For example, by getting a friend or family member (who is not resident with someone who is self-isolating) to collect the parcel from their local Parcelforce depot or Post Office branch, as specified on the card. They will need to bring along the card we left and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to. Examples of suitable ID are specified on the card.

Orders will normally be delivered in 2 - 5 working days UK mainland. Highlands, islands and European deliveries will take longer. All our deliveries are tracked. A precise calculation of your delivery costs is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
USA & Canada Shipping cost £65
Due to so many parcels being damaged and lost with USPS we now only use UPS express service. Please take note of the costs before completing your purchase. The current exchange rate from pounds sterling to US dollars will not show at checkout only on your bank statement please be aware of this. There maybe extra local tax duty to pay on delivery.
Shipping cost will only cover 1 go kart or parts... multiple orders please email email@example.com with your order details for a shipping quote.
We aim for you being completely 100% satisfied with your purchase from Go Kart Daddy.
We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and as good as new in it's original packaging.
You are required to pay for all return carriage costs.
Once a refund has been agreed, you are then responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage of the product when returning the goods, so you should make sure that you take out enough insurance to cover their value.
Please return the item with relevant tracking details as we are unable to help or assist if the item doesn't make it back to us. Soon as returned goods have arrived to us and are in acceptable condition a refund will be given.
